- Reason: Exchanges are only permitted if the sealed product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Shipping: If the exchange is approved due to our error (damage, defect, or wrong item), Flare Beauty will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: We primarily offer exchanges for eligible products. Refunds are issued only if a suitable replacement for a proven damaged or incorrect item is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
